I understand this retreat is non-refundable, in the issue of an illness we will work with you to apply your funds to another event. 

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the women's leadership retreat organized by Shattered Glass Leadership. I understand that during this retreat, discussions and activities may involve topics that could evoke strong emotions or discomfort related to personal growth, leadership challenges, and self-awareness.

I recognize that the retreat facilitators and organizers are not licensed therapists or counselors, and any discussions or exercises undertaken are for educational and developmental purposes only.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Shattered Glass Leadership, its directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, emotional distress, or property damage, that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat.

I understand that it is my responsibility to participate in discussions and activities to the extent that I am comfortable, and that I have the right to refrain from any exercise or discussion that I feel may be beyond my current emotional or psychological capacity.
