Rise and Thrive Retreat – Terms & Conditions A Partnership between Shattered Glass Leadership and Roam Your Soul By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You confirm that you are physically able to participate in activities typical of a leadership retreat, including sitting, walking, standing, light hiking, and other retreat-related activities. Participation is voluntary, and you may step out or rest at any time. You understand the retreat will take place at a resort not owned or operated by Shattered Glass Leadership, Roam Your Soul, or the facilitators, and that physical spaces cannot be altered for accessibility. You understand that the retreat is not therapeutic in nature and is intended to foster open, respectful conversation among participants. You may choose whether or not to share at any time. Some content may bring up emotions, and you agree to hold harmless Shattered Glass Leadership, Roam Your Soul, and the facilitators for any emotional discomfort or personal impact resulting from participation. All retreat payments are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 45 days before the retreat start date that you cannot attend, your paid balance may be applied toward another Shattered Glass Leadership or Roam Your Soul event occurring within one (1) calendar year of the postponed activity. You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damages that may occur. You release and hold harmless Shattered Glass Leadership, Roam Your Soul, the facilitators, and the venue from any liability related to your participation. Acts of God: If the resort remains open, the retreat will proceed as planned. Facilitator Illness or Injury: If a facilitator cannot attend and no suitable replacement is found, registration fees will be refunded in full. Travel & Lodging: Refunds do not apply to travel, lodging, or related expenses. Insurance: Travel and event insurance is your sole responsibility and at your discretion.
