About Your Coach
Dr. Christine Fonner is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and educator with more than 25 years of experience across nonprofit, corporate, government, and educational sectors. She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and specializes in helping leaders strengthen emotional intelligence, relational leadership, and systems thinking. Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate complex people dynamics while building cultures rooted in accountability, trust, and care. Through coaching, teaching, and consulting, Christine supports leaders in developing practical strategies that align leadership effectiveness with authentic, values-driven leadership.
