Monthly Executive Advisory Calls

Leadership challenges are rarely solved in isolation.

Our Monthly Executive Advisory Calls bring together a small group of 6–8 executives for candid, confidential conversations about the real challenges showing up in today’s workforce and workplace.

These facilitated sessions provide space to share what you’re encountering, hear how peers are approaching similar issues, and leave with fresh perspective and practical ideas.

Fellowship Drop-In Sessions

Interested in one Fellowship topic without committing to the full-year experience? Join us for a one-month Drop-In.

Choose a topic from our Fellowship calendar and join the corresponding monthly community call. During that month, you’ll also be invited back for the end-of-month Community Q&A, giving you another opportunity to continue the conversation, ask questions, and learn alongside the community.

Additional community calls may be added periodically during the month, and Drop-In participants are welcome to join those as well.

A Drop-In provides access for one month only. If you’re looking for ongoing connection, learning, and access to the full Fellowship experience, we encourage you to explore the Full-Year Fellowship Package.

Best for: Leaders who want to explore a specific topic or experience the Fellowship community before making a longer-term commitment.
