Dr. Kristine Medyanik
serves as faculty with the Hoff School of Business at Corban University, where she equips the next generation of business leaders with the skills, values, and strategic mindset needed to lead in an ever-evolving world. As the founder and owner of Shattered Glass Leadership, Kristine partners with professionals and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, develop emotional intelligence, and foster high-performing teams.
Her work bridges the classroom and the boardroom, offering real-world relevance and a deep commitment to personal growth and professional impact. Kristine also serves as a board member for the McLaren Leadership Foundation, where she contributes to the advancement of ethical leadership and civic-minded business practices across the region.
Dr. Christine Perigen-Fonner
is an executive leadership coach and business consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the non-profit, corporate, and educational sectors. She is the founder of Roam Your Soul, a women’s leadership development and adventure learning institute that helps leaders reconnect with their purpose, embrace challenge, and lead with courage. Christine’s expertise includes strategic planning, capacity building, communication and conflict resolution, and board training. She has been involved in multiple startups and once helped grow a business from $5 million to $500 million in just two years—experience that fuels her strategic acumen and business savvy.
Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Bilingual/ESL K-12 and a Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Change Management and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, with a research focus on the impacts of toxic leadership on women in leadership and the critical need for what she calls “radical care” in the workplace—a compassionate and intentional leadership approach that nurtures trust, accountability, and belonging.

What sets The Ch(K)ristines apart is their shared passion for developing leaders who are not only successful but also self-aware, ethical, and deeply engaged in the well-being of their teams and communities. Whether they are leading retreats, teaching in the classroom, working with clients, or speaking on stages, Kristine and Christine bring humor, heart, and hard-earned wisdom to every conversation. Their unique blend of academic insight and practical experience helps leaders unlock their full potential and step into their most empowered, authentic selves.
When not facilitating leadership breakthroughs, the Ch(K)ristines find joy in the great outdoors. Kristine finds inspiration in the Pacific Northwest, while Christine, based in Silverton, Colorado, can often be found skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking with her dogs, Reese and Buddy, or mountain biking with her husband, Josh.
Together, The Ch(K)ristines embody a bold and refreshing vision for leadership—one that breaks the mold, shatters outdated expectations, and builds something stronger, more inclusive, and more human.
