About Your Facilitators
Dr. Kristine Medyanik
Shattered Glass Leadership was born from my 15+ years of teaching experience and a doctorate in Business with a specialty in Organizational Psychology. I’ve delivered my original personality assessment to thousands of students and clients over the last 15 years—and those students teach me something new every time.
My retreats and workshops build on concepts of personality, motivation, and brain science. We dive deep into your goal and real challenges. We provide time and space to envision your next chapter or ten. Then we take those “aha” moments and turn them into action plans, so you can bring real change to your everyday life.

Dr. Christine Fonner
Christine is an executive leadership coach for women. She is also the founder of Roam Your Soul, a women’s leadership and outdoor adventure community. With 20 years in nonprofit and corporate leadership, Christine is an advocate for helping leaders cultivate what she calls, “radical care” in the workplace.
Christine coaches women who want to find deeper meaning in life through transformational learning and authentic community. She believes that everyone needs a support network, community, and opportunities to be vulnerable to engage in what makes life meaningful.
Christine holds a Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Change Management and brings deep expertise as a strengths-based transformational leadership expert. Her work centers on “the human factor”—the responsibility leaders carry to cultivate radical care within their organizations. She emphasizes the connection between personal and interpersonal needs, demonstrating how authentic care and intentional leadership directly contribute to joy, engagement, and lasting impact at work.
